AUTOMATIC CHIPS BRIQUETTING PLANT WITH BOX LIFTER AND TIPPER

Violi's modus operandi has always been trying to reach the perfect bond between the costumer's needs, the decades of experience and the acquired technology knowledge. 

And from here born the new Violi's plant: starting from the chips coming from the machineries boxes, they are automatically lifted and tipped in the shredder's hopper. After shredding, the chips are conveyed in the briquetting machine to obtain a final product reduced until the 80% with a very low residual humidity. The remaining chips liquid goes directly in a tank with float and re-launch pump.

All the plant is managed by PLC and sensors, in order to have a completely automatic process. The touch control panel, let the user follow step by step all the stages and adapt the settings, like pression and number of briquettes, to the need it has during the work cycle.

The technical characteristics are costumizable, based on the material and the productivity that the user requires.

The ease of material loading and the possibility to work with every kind of chip, make this plant suitable and adaptable to every situation.
