Automatic chips briquetting plant with box lifter and tipper
Violi's modus operandi has always been trying to seek the perfect balance between custumer needs, decades of experience, and the acquired technological know-how.
This philosophy has given rise to a new Violi plant: the bins filled with chips coming from the machine tools are automatically lifted and tipped in the shredder's hopper. After shredding, the chips are conveyed into the briquetting machine to obtain a final product reduced by up to 80%, and with a very low residual humidity. The liquid extracted from the chips is directed into a tank equipped with float and discharge pump.
The entire system is managed by PLC and sensors, ensuring a completely automatic process. The touch control panel allows users to monitor every stage of operation step by step and adjust parameters such as pressure and the number of briquettes, based on the specific requirements of the work cycle.
The technical specification of the machine are fully customizable according to the imput material and the level of productivity required by the user. The ease of material loading and the ability to process various types of chips make this plant highly versatile and adaptable to any situation.
