New automatic tubes drawing plant

Violi was founded in 1992 as a manufacturer of machinery for the goldsmithing sector. Leveraging their extensive experience in this sector, Violi began producing cutting-edge lines and equipment for the industry.

In this context, the new automatic drawing plant designed and built by Violi allows the automatic insertion, drawing and unloading of drawn tube. This arises from the need of large industries to have to work pipes with considerable productivity and increasingly high-performance characteristics. The drawing plant comprises a hydraulic drawing bench with a pulling power and variable useful length and an oscillating front anchoring structure that facilitates the insertion of the internal mandrel. The plant is equipped with an exclusive and innovative system that allows the drawing to start up gradually and with controlled effort. Drawn tubes are automatically deposited on the designed side magazine without disrupting the cycle.
