New double automatic drawing plant for advanced processing

Violi’s drawing technique has been recognized as a revolutionary system since the 1990s, because it uses hydraulic forces instead of traditional pulling systems. The new double automatic drawing plant was developed thanks to research and development of patented technologies by Violi. It was also fine-tuned to meet the needs of customers in the sector who, for production requirements, needed a drawing bench with separate and independent stations. The plant is composed of:

- independent unwinders with independent cutting units with clamps for wire cutting;
- unique structure with double independent drawing that enables drawing different diameters and lengths;
- one exclusive system that allows the drawing process to start gradually by programming power and speed;
- automatic tube ejection, completed tubes are deposited via pick and place system in adjacent warehouses, maintaining an uninterrupted production cycle;
- all movements within the plant are carried out safely utilizing sensors, photocells, and metal barriers;
- working data can be adjusted via a touch panel or through remote control. The machinery's logic system allows for determining processing parameters and recalling specific recipes as necessary.
