The tube straightening machines of the VM/MRT series are ideal for straightening hot and cold drawn tubes and bars. They are suitable for processing both steel or other metals. The units are equipped with straightening groups consisting of pairs of hyperbolic rollers mounted obliquely and with opposite inclination. 

Thanks to the orientation of the axes, combined with the hyperbolic geometry of the rollers, the profiles advance by rotation. All rollers are motor-driven and mounted on independent supports that slide inside the bushings. The latter allows varying the height and inclination of the system. By adjusting the vertical axis, the straightener can be adapted to fit different diameters and eliminate any metal wrinkling or buckling, thus obtaining perfectly straight products.
