4/7-Axis Wafios F Spring Coiling Machines

The F series machines are ideal for the high-precision production of compression springs, handling wire diameters from 0.12 mm to 7 mm, and offering modular and flexible solutions. Below are the available models:

F 08: ideal for thin wires with diameters from 0.12 to 0.6 mm, the F 08 model allows the production of springs with a maximum diameter of 20 mm and a production capacity of up to 1,500 pieces per minute. It is particularly suited for precision components in the automotive and medical industries.

F 12: supports wire diameters from 0.2 to 1.1 mm and can produce springs up to 30 mm in diameter. The feeding speed reaches 160 m/min, with a production capacity of 600 pieces per minute.

F 18: designed to process wire diameters between 0.35 and 1.6 mm, producing precision springs with a maximum diameter of 40 mm. The maximum speed is 140 m/min, with a production capacity of 450 pieces per minute.

F 30: designed for wire diameters up to 3 mm, this machine can produce springs with maximum diameters of 65 mm, ensuring stable production up to 300 pieces per minute.

F 4 and F 6: these models are suitable for processing larger wire diameters, maintaining high standards of precision and performance.

Wafios FUL multi-axis coiling machines

The Wafios FUL multi-axis series is designed for the high-precision production of compression and tension springs, ensuring tight tolerances and high speed. These machines are equipped with European Beckhoff electronics, digital servo drives, and absolute position control for each axis. The user-friendly control interface includes a 20” screen and a new dedicated software with 3D graphics, which further reduces setup times. The series offers a complete range of models capable of processing wire with diameters ranging from 0.1 mm to 30 mm.

FUL 16: suitable for thin wires from 0.12 to 0.8 mm, with a maximum spring diameter of 20 mm. Ideal for precision applications.

FUL 26+: handles wire diameters from 0.2 to 1.8 mm, producing springs with a maximum diameter of 45 mm, reaching feeding speeds up to 500 m/min.

FUL 36+: supports wire diameters up to 3 mm, allowing the production of springs with a maximum diameter of 65 mm and a capacity of 800 pieces per minute.

FUL 46: ideal for wire diameters from 0.9 to 4.5 mm and spring diameters up to 95 mm, designed for medium-scale industrial production.

FUL 126 and FUL 166: the flagship models of this series, capable of processing wires up to 13 mm and 17 mm, with maximum spring diameters of 220 mm and 240 mm, respectively. These machines are ideal for large-diameter spring production and high-load applications.
