BAU180E coil winder: all the features of COLLARI's machine in one video

COLLARI s.n.c., a wire industry machine manufacturer, has released a new video on its YouTube channel showcasing the BAU180E coil winder, equipped with SV2 unwinder and BR1 rotating base.

The video shows the machine operating with a high-strength galvanized wire of 3.25 mm diameter during all the main processes, such as wire hooking, winding, coil tying, and automatic coil ejection.

It also highlights machine features such as parameter settings, winding speed adjustments, and a simulated wire jam to showcase the safety system.

The multilingual display allows for quick and intuitive data setup: the operator can easily input operating parameters such as diameter, wire length in meters, number of layers, and working speed. Additionally, the machine features sensors for various functions and controls, including monitoring pneumatic system pressure, wire winding speed, wire breakage or end detection, meter counting, and coil tracking.
