Collari SNC has developed an innovative inline wire lubrication system designed to enhance the efficiency of its spoolers and unwinders.

Using well-lubricated wire prevents friction damage, wear, and oxidation, ensuring reduced maintenance costs, longer equipment life, optimal performance, and significantly increased wire storage time without the risk of oxidation and corrosion that could compromise its use.

SLF01: the lubrication system for black annealed wire

The SLF01 is specifically designed for black annealed wire with diameters up to 4.5 mm and is suitable for all models of AU180 spoolers and SV2 unwinders. This standalone system features advanced capabilities, including automatic pump stop and restart control, lubricant quantity adjustment, an oil filtration system, and easy installation. SLF01 has also been tested for use with vegetable-based lubricants to ensure a reduced environmental impact.

The SLF01 lubrication system operates independently from the machine and includes thermal protection for the pump motor, a safety microswitch, and a self-leveling rotary brush for even lubricant distribution. Excess oil is collected in the main tank to minimize waste, and the system features a containment basin for spills, a drain plug for oil recovery, and automatic shutdown when the lubricant level is low, with operator notification. The unit also includes a pressure gauge, safety valve, and a 60-liter tank with a filter and clogging indicator, ensuring efficient, trouble-free operation.
