• Continuous stand shift, to guarantee uniformity along the full barrel of the roll, with a consequent extension of the tools’ lifetime and cost reduction.
• Fully automatic edging stands with an accurate alignment between rolls for excellent results, such as the corner radii accuracy; also, memorized processes reduce timing.
• Wire surface polishing system, which removes dust during the wire glossy finishing process.
• Inline continuous dimensional check and correction both through contact and non-contact devices.
• Perfect traverse coiling, even for tiny profiles as 1,5 x 0,2 mm. In addition, equipment for cut-to-length bars and coil calendering are also available.
• Double coiler with an automatic wire transfer, for the unloading of a coil while another is processed, thus reducing downtimes.
