A look at recent developments by EJP Maschinen GmbH

As 2024 draws to a close, EJP Maschinen GmbH, a Germany-based manufacturer of wire machines, shares with Expometals.net’s readers its recent activities in the latter months of the year. Let’s take a look!

Past and upcoming WIRE shows

EJP Maschinen, together with its subsidiaries EJP Bigsino, EJP TOSCA, and EJP WIRE Technology, took part in WIRE China in Shanghai in September. “Both the quantity and the quality of the visitors were excellent so that many interesting technical discussions could be held”.

Based on this positive experience, EJP Maschinen will also be exhibiting at WIRE & Tube Mexico 2025 in Monterrey, Mexico, from February 11 - 13, 2025. The corporate team cordially invites its customers from Mexico, Central and South America, and from the USA to attend and visit its booth.

EJP’s open house week in South Korea and Germany

To engage customers beyond traditional trade fairs, EJP organized two in-house exhibitions this year. In September, existing and potential customers from Asia were invited to EJP Korea to explore a range of machines. Visitors from Korea, Japan, China, and Thailand were impressed with the product selection.

In November, European customers were hosted at the headquarters in Baesweiler to learn about the latest innovations and discuss future projects. Attendees from Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Bulgaria, and Portugal participated. Both events received such positive feedback that more in-house exhibitions will be planned. The Baesweiler exhibition concluded with a family visit and a dinner for employees.

Current deliveries

In addition to the many machines delivered this year, a PM 80 peeling machine was shipped in mid-November. After a successful pre-acceptance at EJP in Baesweiler, the machine is now heading to India to be used by a major stainless-steel manufacturer. The peeling machine is paired with a two-roll black bar straightening machine and a two-roll bright bar straightening machine, working together to produce high-quality bright steel. The next delivery, a combined drawing machine with a 300 kN drawing force, is scheduled for January.
