EJP Maschinen unveils next-generation solutions for wire, bars, tubes, profiles

EJP Maschinen together with its daughter company EJP WIRE Technology will be exhibiting for the first time at wire&Tube Mexico. You can find them at booth G-322 (Cintermex Halls G & H, Monterrey).

Jacques Paraskevas and Marvin Potschien together with their local agents will be happy to show you the newest innovations for the finishing of wire, bars, tubes and profiles out of steel and non-ferrous material.

On the bar, tube and profile side, the new innovations will be the unique TQC, an innovative quality control system for in-line checking of straightness quality, surface quality, shape quality, and chamfering quality. Moreover, the company will present its first generation of high-speed, high-precision double wheel grinding machines.

The new wire innovations include EJP’s wet grinding system, which ensures higher efficiency due to a longer service life of the grinding belts and at the same time guarantees a low surface temperature on the wire. In addition, the company has developed an innovative corrosion protection with the company Traxit Wire Lubrication (to visit at wire Mexico 2025 – booth GH-323), which is applied after the drawing process and makes the wire particularly resistant.
