Lattice girder assembling lines

Eurolls Teurema is capable of manufacturing special lines for the production of welded lattice girders characterized by ease of use and configuration, high performance, flexibility, and efficiency.

TE-type lines enable the automatic production of electrowelded lattice girders from cold-drawn wire and/or hot-drawn wire bars. Incoming wires are straightened, shaped, positioned, and electrowelded. The produced lattice is then cut to the desired length to be stacked and packed for delivery.

Standard lattice girders are typically used in the modern concrete construction industry, but the "TE" lines by Eurolls Teurema can also be used for the production of special lattice girders according to specific technical specifications.

All line operations and lattice girder production parameters are directly controlled by the operator from the main control center. The production process is fully automatic, reducing operator tasks such as loading the input material and unloading the finished and stacked product.
