Eurolls Industrial, leveraging its extensive technical knowledge in the industry, has developed a series of production lines for low relaxation wires and strands for prestressed concrete and structural reinforcement.

The LRPC production lines offered by Eurolls under the Eurolls Team High Carbon brand ensure efficiency and very high performance, along with excellent quality of the final product.

Prestressed Concrete Strands Lines - PCS Series
The PCS series lines can work with smooth or galvanized high-carbon steel wires ranging from 2.2 mm to 7.2 mm in diameter for the production of 1+6 low relaxation strands. CAP strands are commonly used in the construction of large industrial and civil works such as beams and structures in multi-story buildings, pillars, tensile structures, docks, river dams, highway barriers and bridges, tunnels, nuclear power plants, concrete pipes, tie rods, suspension cables, and reinforcement for long-span bridges, etc. The coils can reach a maximum weight of 5000 kg and feature a tensioning system consisting of two groups of capstans. The first group has a continuous maximum traction of 25000 kg and is equipped with an induction heating furnace with power between 450 and 800 kW; in this case, the wire is cooled in two stages: first by immersion and then by spray. The second group has a continuous maximum traction of 25000 kg.

Wire for Prestressed Concrete Lines - PC Series 
The PC series lines offer the possibility to work with high-carbon steel wires ranging from 3 mm to 11 mm in diameter with smooth, indented, or galvanized surface, and to package the products in strapped coils or bundles of tied bars. Motorized coils of various sizes can be used for unwinding the wire. The tensioning system can be set up through a rotating die or double capstan. Wire indentation is adjustable through a cassette, and cooling is carried out by immersion and spray in a tunnel.
