The wire straightening and cutting machines of the NR series, part of the Eurolls Vitari brand, offer a compact and highly efficient solution for drawn mild and high-strength steel wire, as well as non-ferrous metal wire with diameters ranging from 1.0 mm to 16.0 mm. However, they can also be used for special applications such as stainless steel, nickel, and other materials. They are also designed to ensure high-speed production, up to a maximum of 180 meters per minute, while maintaining durability over time with reduced maintenance. The machines are equipped with cast iron, tungsten carbide, plastic or brass coated rolls, ensuring optimal performance in various working conditions. All components that come into direct contact with the wire are manufactured directly by Eurolls, ensuring optimal performance and long-term durability.

RTE series welding electrode production lines - Eurolls Team Meccanica
Eurolls Team Meccanica designs and develops machines and lines for straightening and cutting welding electrodes. The RTE machine series features a high production capacity, which can reach up to 1500 pieces per minute thanks to the 4+4 motorized rolls with pneumatic closing. The machines also boast two 90° panels, each accommodating 8-9 rolls, and a rotating shear for cutting. The diameter of the workable wires ranges from 2.0 mm to 6.0 mm.
