Two-sided spool fixation

FUHR, leading partner in the production of ultra-modern wire rolling plants of many industry, develops and commercializes two-sided spool fixation machines.

The SMH-Pi type, which are supplied in many variations and available with and without oscillation, are specifically designed with a counter sleeve to have the take-up of reels from both sides.

Mainly used when a spindle supported on one side only would be too weak to carry the reel, this machines usually operates with steel, plastic or wooden reels but can also be used, with dismountable spools, for the production of coreless coils.
