Gimax, a prominent manufacturer of wire processing solutions, is gearing up to showcase the latest innovations at the prestigious wire Düsseldorf 2024. Respooling machines

In 2024, an exciting feature is being released to automate machine setup during format changeover, applied to the renowned ROBOBINA line. Regarding the new REV line for small spools, it has been enhanced with new end hook welding systems and spool unloading mechanisms. Lastly, Gimax has redesigned a series of electronic solutions for mandrel closure on semi-automatic lines. All these implementations aim to make the operator's work easier and simplify their tasks.

Single blocks and drawing machines

Gimax's single blocks and drawing machines represent the pinnacle of wire processing technology, offering unparalleled efficiency and versatility. Gimax is among the few companies offering both wet and dry solutions, with the latter available in horizontal, vertical, and inclined shaft configurations; control can be performed using either dancer or wire feeler gauge. With a wide range of plant sizes, with capstans ranging from 200 to 800 mm, the possible combinations are truly numerous.

Coilers

As a complement to its range of pay-offs, take-ups, and coilers, Gimax has developed the MRV, a new rotating coiler, featuring continuous wire cast adjustment control and a bumping system to constantly compact and weigh the spool, perfect for applications even in contexts with different from those of common wires.
