Wire machinery supplier Lämneå Bruk continues to invest in its production departments

We recently announced new investments in the CNC department of the wire machine manufacturer Lämneå Bruk. Due to the growing customer demand, the Swedish company has introduced new equipment to develop its infrastructure over the past two years and increase production capacity.

In the past month, there were two new additions to the extensive machine park: a new lathe and a laser cutting unit intended for building parts to be assembled into new machines. The lathe prepares the metal sheets by drilling the necessary holes for the next production stage. The laser machine then cuts the sheets with the utmost accuracy and puzzle-like fit of the pieces at six times the speed of the existing equipment.
These improvements will enable Lämneå Bruk to produce machinery in an even more efficient and faster way.
From small standalone units to complete lines, the Scandinavian supplier designs and builds every single component in-house at the Ljusfallshammar facility using the most advanced technology.
The machinery on offer – winders, coilers, drawing machines, among others - is intended for processing many different types of wire: spring wire, heavy wire, flat or round wire, and more.
