Take-up wire coilers for wire drawing plants (down, vertical, horizontal)

Lämneå Bruk offers three different models of take-up wire coilers with different configurations depending on your needs and production facilities.

Such take-up wire coilers offer wire drawing plants the possibility to have the longest possible uninterrupted production runs.

The Take-Up Down Coiler with filling device is developed to take up wire on a carrier during
high-speed machine operation after drawing, heat or surface treatment, calibration processes and similar operations. This machine has a very rigid design, ensuring high operation speeds with high-quality outputs. It is able to coil wire diameters from 1 to 8mm.

Lämneå Bruk’s Statabloc Coilers are available in both horizontal and vertical configuration.
The Statablock Coiler Vertical (mod. SBCV) can be supplied both semi and fully automatic.
It is suitable for wire drums and formers of different shapes and sizes weighing up to 1000kg, for wire from 2,0 up to 5,5mm diameter.
The Horizontal Statabloc Coiler (mod. SBCH) is suitable for heavy compacted wire coils as well as small coils. Due to its external swan neck extension (in the picture) a smooth, vibration-free wire coiling is ensured. The continuity of production is guaranteed also during coil unloading.
