Wire de-spooling machine, horizontal

This wire de-spooling machine by Lämneå Bruk has an horizontal configuration, and is available in different models and sizes dependent on your individual production requirements: from a min. spool width of 475mm up to 1060mm.
The maximum speed of the wire de-spooling machine is 40m/s.
The wire reel is held steady thanks to a pneumatic disc brake.
The whole machine (model DSPMH) consists of a welded frame and a pair of opposed hardened steel pintles mounted in a substantial frame support, ensuring that the wire pay-off reel and wire line is totally guarded and fitted with electrically and mechanically interlocked safety switches.
