Wire spooling machine, vertical, for different wire spools and reels

All Lämneå Bruk spoolers have been designed to the latest safety standards and incorporate many special features. The Vertical Spooling Machine is developed to satisfy the need of a machine, which is compact, flexible and takes large wire spool weights.

The main frame, headstock and tailstock are of heavy steel construction fully able to withstand the loads imposed by modern high speed operations. The frame is self-supporting and need only a flat surface for installation.

The Vertical Spooling Machine is very user friendly and easy to maintain, which gives short down time stops and good economy. The machine is built with standard components as much as possible, which means that all parts can be found locally.

The Vertical Spooling Machine is equipped with a turntable. When a wire spool is full the machine will stop automatically, the movable dowel goes down and the spool comes in position. The movable dowel pushes the spool up to running position. The wire is guided onto the empty spool by the operator the spooler will now start again. The full spool is now easy to remove and change for a new empty spool while the machine is running.
