Niehoff expands footprint in Mexico with joint service center alongside Rosendahl

The global specialist in wire drawing and cable machinery Maschinenfabrik Niehoff is expanding its footprint in Mexico with a new joint sales and service center in Santiago de Querétaro, opened in cooperation with extrusion and fiber optic systems expert Rosendahl Nextrom. The initiative targets growing demand for localized support across the region and reflects both companies’ commitment to being closer to their customers with faster response times and more efficient service.

Supporting customers locally: benefits of a shared center

Located in a modern commercial building with a dedicated warehouse, the new facility is strategically positioned to provide faster delivery of spare parts and on-the-ground service. The site is operated by Niehoff Mexico S.R.L., which counts a team of 11 staff members, including five experienced service technicians. They offer maintenance support, optimization advice, and guidance on equipment upgrades—all in the local language.

Rosendahl Nextrom contributes with a dedicated team of three handling spare parts logistics, after-sales coordination, and local sales assistance.

This joint setup reflects over ten years of collaboration between the two companies within international service networks. As many manufacturers already operate both Niehoff and Rosendahl equipment, the shared center offers practical benefits, including simplified communication, technical synergies, and a unified service experience across Mexico and Central America.
