WIRE INDIA 2024
Mumbai, November 27-29, 2024

At the upcoming wire India 2024 trade fair, Maschinenfabrik Niehoff and its subsidiary, Niehoff of India (NoI), will showcase cutting-edge multiwire drawing equipment at Booth I07, Hall 1. On display will be an MMH 121 multiwire drawing line, built by Niehoff in Schwabach, and an RM 201 resistance annealer, manufactured under Niehoff's license by NoI.

The exhibits: MMH 121 + RM 201 multiwire drawing line

The MMH 121 is designed to draw 32 wires on two levels simultaneously. Known for its compact design, the line ensures high productivity and boasts a low wire break rate. It operates in combination with the RM 201 resistance annealer, which employs a 2/3-zone annealing system that can be used with or without wire reheating. This flexibility allows for optimal wire drying and energy-efficient processing, especially for larger wire sizes.

The line is intended for copper wire drawing and is equipped with the NMI (NIEHOFF Machine Interface), a network-compatible touchscreen that offers easy and intuitive operation. The system integrates intelligent technology that supports Industry 4.0 standards, enabling operators to measure, save, and utilize machine, production, and process data efficiently.

Wires drawn using this line exhibit homogeneous characteristics and precise tolerances throughout their length, making them ideal for final applications or further processing into high-quality strands or braids.
