OMF: all the certifications.
The company organization, that has always been oriented to achieving high quality standards, is based on an innovative company management system and on dynamic processes according to UNI EN ISO 9001:2000. The certification, obtained from the prestigious Swiss body SQS has confirmed this attitude and has helped us to formalise those decision-making processes that lead the company to excellence. This important step is also the basis to build up a system totally oriented towards "Customer satisfaction". We are a mechanical workshop specialized in: -Machining for third parties of moulds for the automotive sector -Production of accessories for the metallic wire industry -Processing for third parties of milling, turning and assembly -Mechanical work in general. These areas are supported by an updated technical department with CAD-CAM workstations for the design and calculation of the tool routes to be sent to the machines that are directly connected to the company’s IT infrastructure. A high standard of quality is decisive but no longer sufficient to acquire orders. Customer satisfaction, understood as the respect of the terms and conditions of delivery, additional services and the analysis and solution of the customer’s problems give us customers’ preference with respect to other suppliers on the market.
