• Max weight capacity: up to 4800kg
• Automatic traverse adjustment

Automatic spoolers

• Automatic reel changeover
• Integrated tail device options
• Conveyor systems for empty/full reels

Heavy-duty static spoolers

• Flange Ø: 400-1250mm
• Traverse width: 400-750mm
• Weight capacity: up to 4400kg
• Central bore: 121-250mm

IN800/IN1100 coilers

• Wire Ø range (Cu): 0.60-4.50mm
• Wire Ø range (Al): 1.20-5.00mm
• Coiling head: 500-1070mm
• Max weight capacity: up to 3500kg
• Integrated dancer system

SAMP’s coilers can accommodate both copper and aluminum wires and are specifically designed for high-speed wire winding. These systems are equipped with a wide range of capstan diameters to suit different coil sizes, ensuring uniform coil formation with minimal handling time. They also feature an integrated dancer and wire cooling device, which helps maintain consistent coil tension and prevent wire damage during the coiling process. Models such as the IN 1100 and IN 800 offer flexibility with wire diameters ranging from 1.00 mm to 4.50 mm for copper wires and 1.20 mm to 4.75 mm for aluminum wires. These systems are equipped with a coiling head diameter of 650 mm to 1070 mm for high-efficiency winding.

Efficient integration with wire manufacturing lines
SAMP’s spooling and coiling systems are designed for easy integration with other wire production machinery, such as rod breakdown and intermediate drawing lines, creating a seamless production flow, thus reducing wire damage and handling times. Additionally, the systems are highly customizable, allowing manufacturers to select the right features—such as reel size, coiling speed, and tension control—based on their specific needs.

Explore how SAMP’s spooling and coiling solutions can enhance your production workflow and improve your manufacturing efficiency.
