Compounding plant

Supermac compounding and granulating machine is a state of art technology in either of following form:
- Two stages compounding the including die face cutting, pallet cooling and pallet conveying.
- Single stage compounding with vent, die face cutting, pallet cooling and pallet conveying.

For the granulating of soft PVC, rigid PVS, ABS etc and their modification and as well as for the heat sensitive polymers, both the above technologies are capable enough to provide the customer with following benefits:

1. uniformity in granule size
2. lower dust or very fine particle content
3. good surface structure, blister free granules
