Machines for wire drawing plants

n

Tecno Impianti S.r.l plans and manufactures a big range of machines for wire drawing plants.

Multi-pass straight-line wire drawing machines Mod. BTR

Composed of modular bullblocks in series, with automatic control and direct setting of the pulling and the speeds through pneumatic dolly feelers.

They are suitable for the drawing of:

-          Steel wires with low and medium carbon content.

-          Stainless steel wires.

The maximum inlet wire diameter is 7.0 mm, with minimum outlet diameter of 0.8 mm.

The capstans can have diameters from 300 to 600 mm.

The lines are equipped with AC drives and variable speed drives (Inverter).

Wet wire drawing machines Mod. TI/280-310

They are multiple cone sliding drawing machines for the wet drawing of:

-          Steel wires with low and medium carbon content.

-          Bright wires.

-          Galvanized wires.

-          Coppered wires for continuous welding CO2.

The maximum inlet wire diameter is 2.5 mm., with minimum outlet wire diameter of 0.6 mm.

The maximum number of drawing passes is 11 wet passes plus one dry pass at the inlet.

The maximum working speed is approx. 15 m/sec.

The capstans can have diameters of 280 or 310 mm according to the machine configuration.

The transmission is by Gleason crown wheel and pinion made of NiCr steel.

The pulling cones have a surface covering in tungsten carbide.

The lines are equipped with AC drives and variable speed drive (Inverter).

Drawing bullblocks with horizontal axis Mod. MO/P

They are used for the "coil to coil" drawing of wires devoted to the cold heading, from diameter 5.0 to 32.0 mm.

The lines are equipped with AC drives and variable speed drive (Inverter) and they are supplied complete with uncoiler, wire pointing system, take-up carousel, coil compactor and binding system.

Drawing bullblocks with vertical axis Mod. MV

They are used for the drawing of thin and medium wires for cold heading.

The drawn wire can be collected on a coil-holding reel that is directly installed on the drawing capstan, or by a spooler.

The machines are equipped with AC drives and variable speed drive (Inverter).
