Enter the new SW6-14 spooling machine.
This servo-controlled dual head spooler was designed for fully automatic in-line and off-line cable and wire packaging. Able to accommodate reels between ø165 mm and ø360 mm, the SW6-14 includes a reel stretch-wrapping system that allows continuous operations.

Here below are just but a few of the SW6-14’s features:
- “Cut & Catch” mechanism for a line stop time of approx. 1 second. This increases the line output by 30-40% compared to traditional spoolers;
- automatic empty reel loading and finished reel unloading;
- pneumatic-controlled accumulator with movable sheaves to reduce possible slack;
- recipe-controlled operational parameters and settings for a reduced reel and product changeover time;
- compact overall dimensions.

The line can be easily enhanced with an automatic palletizer, a film unit, a pallet conveyor, a reel labeler, test equipment, and marking devices. Moreover, the 6-axis Robot De-Palletizing Solution can be integrated in the line to automatically unload empty reels and further increase the output.
