Automatic reelers for wire and cable - AR Series

Windak has been manufacturing and selling a wide range of packaging equipment for wire, cable, and other flexible products since 1994. An extensive sales network allows the company to be a major player in 30 different countries.

In particular, the company supplies fully automatic high-speed packaging and palletizing machines designed as replacements for semi-automatic spoolers or as standalone offline rewind applications.
Three different Auto Reeler series are available for purchase, depending on the reel OD and on the cable diameter:
- Auto Reeler AR18 (AR18_2.0 and AR18_2.5), for 216 mm to 460 mm reels and 3 mm to 15 mm cable diameter;
- Auto Reeler AR24 (AR24_1.0 and AR24_2.0), for 300 mm to 600 mm reels and 3 mm to 16 mm cable diameter;
- Auto Reeler AR32 (AR32_1.0 and AR32_2.0), for 400 mm to 800 mm reels and 3 mm to 25 mm cable diameter.

Each model features automatic spool loading and unloading, a servo controlled dancer, and a stretch-wrapping system for the cut end containment.
