Calculate the drawing diagram directly from iPad and smartphone

ZT is very proud to present the App MATRA: a powerful new drawing diagram calculator.

By inserting few variables, MATRA allows to calculate directly from the mobile device the wire diameter sequence and the relative reduction, the tensile strength of the material, the necessary traction force, the speed and the power for each step. It also calculates the productivity in kg/h of the machine.

It is possible to work with constant or decreasing reductions, set the reduction of the last block and, in the case of external skinpass, to set the value. It also suggests the ideal number of drawing dies necessary for the process. The App can be used on all types of carbon and stainless steel, bronze, aluminum, zinc and copper wires.

Available on iPhone and iPad in four different languages: Italian, French, English, German, this app uses both the international system of measurement units and the US customary system.
