ZT: the new no-slip wet drawing machine presented at wire 2018

ZT, a company specializing in the design and manufacture of drawing machines, is pleased to announce that it will take part in the biennial wire and Tube fair in Düsseldorf from the 16th to the 20th of April 2018.

At wire 2018 ZT will present two machines of its production range:

- Two-shaft, 9-blocks slip wet drawing machine, specially designed for the production of CO2 wire with diameters from 0.8 to 1.6 mm at a speed of 20 m / sec.

- Electrolytic galvanizing line with two shafts, for diameters from 1.5 to 4 mm, speed 12 m / sec. with zinc coating from 1.5 to 7 microns.

ZT is also very proud to illustrate its new zero slip wet drawing machine (WDS model).

Specifically designed for special wires such as aluminium, bronze and stainless steel, this machine has the prerogative of having eliminated both the longitudinal and transversal slippage on the drawing capstans, thus obtaining a perfect wire surface suitable for precision wires in class H7 and wires for the medical industry, precision mechanics and for welding in special alloy.
