Automatic four-wire double spindle machine

Angeli Srl machines incorporate two units: the first one manufactures the fence and the second one coils it.

In the first unit, the two spindle form the spires and braid them (2 spires in MG2 model and 4 spires in MG4 model), outputting single-twist square mesh fences. The MG4 model is the only machine in this field which can process 4 wires simultaneously at the desired braiding speed. Additionally, the 2-wire-only mode allows for easier employee training. The spindles are driven by a high-torque asynchronous motor which features electronic speed control to adjust the spindle speed for the type of wire.

In the second unit, called coiler, two closing mechanisms process the fence at the edges: control rollers then transport the products where the rolls are prepared.

The coiler is pre-set for preparing both normal and compact rolls. The telescopic arms are provided with wire fault detecting devices, including, but not limited to:

- end of wire in the spool;
- knots in the wire;
- uncoated wire.
