Froma warms up: August at full speed in preparation for the autumn

It was 1967 when Riccardo Frigerio founded Froma, a historical company specializing in the design and manufacturing of production lines for the wire industry.

The company's production capacity has been evolving considerably since its establishment, moving from automatic machines for the processing of small metal components and cold rolling equipment to special welding machines for flat electro-welded mesh. Today, Froma supplies automatic multi-station lines (welding, bending, and auxiliary stations) for the production of dishwasher baskets, components for household appliances, and grids for ovens. A strong team spirit was crucial in achieving such a development: this, in addition to a structured, clear, and precise organizational structure, makes Froma a cornerstone of Italian engineering. These values are more evident than ever in the difficult period we are all going through. In fact, despite a short operational activities hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the company immediately went back to working at full capacity, reaching full staff even during the summer. Today, Froma is determined and ready to face a new probable turbulent season – full of instability and economic-political uncertainties – with the resilience that has been a key characteristic of the company for over fifty years.
