A completely new HMI for Bull Bending machines

Since the unveiling of the first Bull Bending machine in 2015, OMAS has never stopped. The company works every day to make each machine better than the previous one, engineering and designing new mechanical, electronic, and software solutions.

Today, OMAS Piegatrici is proud to present the fruits of this constant labor: the new HMI for Bull Bending machines. In the near future, it will be implemented on the entire corporate range. Completely renewed design, ease of use, and an entire set of new features, including:

- control cam sensor management;
- improved diagnostics system (extended to all machine components);
- enhancement of the Industry 4.0 package;
- specific and verticalized control systems based on the options installed and the external units to be controlled;
- better integration with the programming software of the cyclograms.

The new graphic look is just the natural consequence of a completely revised machine software, designed to combine performance, scalability, and integration.
