New solutions by OMAS Srl for the future of the bending sector

OMAS Srl, a renowned manufacturer of wire bending machines, is pleased to announce its participation in the wire 2024 trade fair in Düsseldorf. OMAS, a long time attendee of the event since 1988, will showcase its innovative solutions at booth A59 in hall 12 from April 15 to 19.

The company's team will present two machine models:
FSAB4/3X-1200: a welded ring machine designed to deliver optimal performance, particularly for producing a wide range of diameters. This version is equipped with 3 electronic axes for feed, cutting, and wire guide gripper. Thanks to the material accompaniment grip, it is possible to produce rings up to 1,200 mm in diameter, ensuring high stability and repeatability even at high speeds.

BULL BENDING model BBX-500/25T: equipped with a 25 ton servo-press, it features 7 frontal electronic bending units, 2 rear electronic bending units, and an electronic feeding system. Thanks to the patented RA automatic positioning system, all bending modules can automatically adjust during setup, adapting to the piece being produced. This machine offers cutting-edge technology for axis movement and operator safety, integrated with OMAS EasyPlay® HMI software for machine-operator interface and Bending+Programming® for machine cycle management.

The material will be fed by the new decoiler model AMEV 600 DU, equipped with automatic speed control and a hydraulic system for the safe 90° rotation of the coil.
