OMAS, the company invests in a new CRM for service management
The bending machine expert OMAS has recently announced an important investment campaign. The innovations to come are many: the complete overhaul of the company’s website, the introduction of a new CRM software, as well as the installation of a 3D machine for dimensional control in the corporate measuring room.
As far as the new CRM software is concerned, the company chose a solution that allows keeping track in a simpler yet more detailed way of every single service, maintenance intervention, or spare part needed. The new software is an additional guarantee for the final customer. More than a simple supplier, OMAS aims at becoming an all-around partner: the company wants to be at the customer’s side immediately and always. The new software also includes the service package for remote assistance, a fundamental feature in today's increasingly digital and Industry4.0-oriented world. In the machinery sector, it will certainly be an exceptional advantage for those who will rely on OMAS, particularly during these difficult times.
As we anticipated, the company is also upgrading a 3D machine for dimensional control to keep its measuring room constantly updated. The machine will be used both to measure sensitive components before installing them on OMAS machines and to analyze samples during the start-up phase. A service once again against a backdrop of added value for the end customer.
