Cnc machines

All those machines commonly defined as "advance and fold" or more simply "CNC" belong to this category of equipment and which are suitable for the production of small and medium batches with frequent changes of production.

OMAS has offered this type of machine since 1998, and ever since presentation in the market their distinguishing feature has been the WIREMACH ® interactive management software, replaced in 2012 by the new WIREMACH PLUS ® version.

This program allows the management and three-dimensional programming of the component to be produced with automatic building and controlled by the post processor for machine settings; this software, the exclusive property of OMAS, has been specially designed to reduce the time required for production of the work programme for each single piece to the minimum, letting the operator "program" the machine in an automatically guided manner, without the need for any kind of training in computer programming.

All models in SERIES CEB can be supplied with work stations capable of performing secondary workings, if necessary with eventual ROBOT aid, thereby permitting the automatic performance of : cutting, drawing, traces on mono- and multi-shot terminals, bevels or front loops, removal of shavings, threading, tapping, thread shaping, welding, assemblies, etc.

Twenty different models, subdivided in seven SERIES, more than 270 machines produced and installed, an extensive range of workings, from 0.50 mm to 18.00 mm for thread and from 3.00x0.3 mm to 100.00x8.00 mm. for tape allowing it to be stated on an informed basis that : "the solution to Your problem exists !
