Welding

All machines specially designed to perform component welding belong to this series of equipment. From the beginning OMAS has always attached welding modules on its machines, and the know how acquired has had the natural outcome of completing all this experience in the realisation of a series of machines specially designed for production of round and shaped welded rings.

The first model, presented on the occasion of the WIRE fair held at Düsseldorf in 1988, was a huge success and since then continuous evolution and consequent technological research has permitted the company to attain a level of absolute excellence, allowing us to produce more than 250 machines to date!

The sectors particularly interested in this type of machine are: automotive, construction, electrodomestic, agriculture and filtering.

According to requirements it is possible to use different welding technologies which include:

low frequency head, medium frequency head (inverter), TIG, PLASMA, MICRO PLASMA. Recently the company has begun a technical itinerary for the attachment of LASER welding systems.

Twelve different models subdivided in two series permitting the needs of the market to be satisfied to the maximum and which allow us to cover a range of workable sections going from 0.50 sq.mm up to 200.00 sq.mm!
