20% faster cycle with the new C20W.10 2.0 CNC bending machine

OMCG ITALIA Srl is pleased to announce the launch of the new version of the legendary CNC bending machine model C20W.10 2.0, for wire diameters 3-10 mm and strip up to 12 x 4 mm (at 600 N / mm2). The model uses the same tooling as the old C20W.6, C20W.8 and C20W.10 bending machines, allowing a considerable saving in terms of costs.

Thanks to Easy Programming 4, the OMCG human-machine interface software, the operator can program a part in a 3D graphic environment by LRAR or XYZR, import a STEP file, modify the part in real time, create new programs and production lists. The main functions of the axes (speed, acceleration, deceleration) are adjustable during set-up, programming, and production. The C20W.10 2.0 machine also features the new axis speeding function, which reduces the cycle time by approximately 20% in comparison to the previous version.
