OMCG develops a software for measurement systems

OMCG has developed a software interface that allows you to connect CNC bending machines to the most modern measurement systems available on the market.

The interface, developed in collaboration with AICON 3D Systems GmbH and implemented by Accurex Measurement Inc., the distributor of the German company for Canada and the United States, has been introduced in the 2.1 release of the OMCG proprietary software Easy Programming 4.

This new function allows you to control the production quality in real time and to send any corrections directly to the bending machine. In addition to part correction, it provides bidirectional synchronization of nominal values, allowing the reverse engineering of the part.
