Automatic rod bending machines

Thanks to its special bending system designed and patented by Oscam, which employs a fixed central pin, the rods are neither dragged nor ribbed during bending and this allows to maintain high precision levels. The automatic rod bending machines allow to create any bending angle and have an automatic return to the starting point. These machines are widely appreciated for the exceptional strength, proven durability and ease of use and simple maintenance.

Models:

GLR-TYPE single-phase
Automatic rod bending machine to bend all types of iron, up to a diameter of 22 mm.
Particularly suited for stirrup bending operations and for cement layers. It is supplied with a remote control pedal and, upon request, can be supplied with a split pin for right-angle bends.
Bending time: 2 seconds for a 180° bend.

G-FAST type
Automatic rod bending machine to bend all types of iron, up to a diameter of 22 mm.
Particularly suited for stirrup bending operations and for cement layers. It is supplied with a remote control pedal and, upon request, can be supplied with a split pin for right-angle bends.
Bending time: 1,6 seconds for a 180° bend.

GLR type
Automatic rod bending machines to bend all types of iron up to a diameter of 26 mm.
Particularly suited for small building sites, prefabricated structures or in support of other bending machines for sites.
Supplied with remote control pedal, the machine is also equipped with interchangeable quick-release pins and can be provided upon request with a split pin to create right-angle bends.
Bending time: 2,3 seconds for a 180° bend.

C1K type
Automatic rod bending machines to bend all types of iron up to a diameter of 32 mm.
High-performance machine that while maintaining a good speed, allows to get a high production with medium diameter bars. For example it is able to bend 4 rods diam. 16 and 18 and 3 rods of diam. 20 mm.
Equipped with quick positioning reaction square and remote control pedal.
Bending time: 5 seconds for a 180° bend.

CR type
To bend all types of iron up to a diameter of 36 mm.
Bending machine suitable for both building sites and pre-shaping plants.
Bending machine built in a right and left-hand version. Equipped with a newly designed reduction unit, allows high productivity levels. Designed for both normal and large radius bends. The complete range of pins, bushes and rollers supplied with the bending machine allows to carry out all the desired bends and angles and any kind of stirrup. It is fitted with quick-release pins. The bending machine is supplied with a pedal for remote control.
Speed: 4 seconds for a 180° bend.

L1 type
To bend all types of iron up to a diameter of 36 mm, with a single rotation direction.
Machine suitable for both large building sites and pre-shaping plants. Fitted with an epicycloidal reduction unit with very high performance levels that minimises consumption and ensures a long service life with virtually no maintenance.
With easy angle electronic programmer as standard.

With two speeds:
- Slow: up to 3 seconds for bends up to 180°.
- Fast: 2 seconds for bends of up to 180°.

The complete range of pins, bushes and rollers supplied allows to execute all the desired bends and angles and any kind of shape. The machine is supplied with a remote control pedal.
The L1 bending machine is also manufactured in a left-hand version.

Rod bending machine L2 type
The bending machine suitable for both large building sites and pre-shaping plants. Fitted with an epicycloidal reduction unit with very high performance levels that minimises consumption, the bending machine ensures a long service life with virtually no maintenance.
The bending machines bend all types of iron up to 36 mm in diameter, with two rotation directions.
With easy angle electronic programmer as standard.

With two speeds:
- Slow: up to 3,7 seconds for bends up to 180°.
- Fast: 2,5 seconds for bends of up to 180°.
The complete range of pins, bushes and rollers supplied allows to carry out of all the desired bends and angles and any kind of shape. The machine is supplied with 2 remote control pedals.

K1 type
Bending machine suitable for both large building sites and pre-shaping plants.
The bending machine is fitted with an epicycloidal reduction unit with very high performance levels that minimises consumption and ensures a long service life with virtually no maintenance.
With the bending machine is possible to bend all types of steel up to a diameter of 50 mm.
With a single rotation direction and easy angle electronic programmer as standard.
With two bending speeds: slow for rods with a large diameter or a long bending side, fast: for rods with a small diameter and a short bending side.

- Slow: 7 seconds to carry out 180° angles.
- Fast: 5 seconds for bends up to 180°.

Bending machine, version with large disc and special accessories that allows to mount central mandrels up to 500 mm or more, suitable for rods with a large diameter according to the particularly restrictive bending radius standards.

K2 type

To bend all types of iron up to a diameter of 50 mm.
Two direction rotations to execute bends on the right and left-hand side without overturning the rods. With easy angle electronic programmer as standard.
The bending machine has two speeds:

- Slow: 4 seconds to carry out 180° angles.
- Fast: 3 seconds for bends up to 180°.
