Schnell is pleased to invite you to Bauma 2022, the world's leading event for professionals in the construction industry and building materials machinery, which will be held from October 24 to 30, 2022 at the Trade Fair Center Messe München.

As a result, Schnell has built a fully-automated factory for reinforced concrete iron processing, a dream of every iron processing center.



At booth 115 in hall C3 you will have the chance to see the new Robomaster 60, the first robotic shaping center of UN.O. -- UNmanned Operation Program.



Robomaster UN.O. can bend any type of shaped bar automatically and without any operator intervention.

• Compass 40 UN.O.: this is an automatic plant for the production of calendered bars that allows a considerable increase in productivity, thus guaranteeing the high quality levels of the final product.

• Opera 16 Pack 2: this is a fast and versatile stirrup bender and bar shaping machine. Ideal for the production of any type of shape up to Ø 16 mm, it is equipped with the innovative AIM/HS, "predictive" motorized pay-off with intelligent unwinding to analyze the work situations in advance. By maintaining the maximum pulling speed, this machine ensures higher productivity and quality levels, with less human intervention.

• X-tie rebar tying machine: automatic bar-tying device. Thanks to the innovative and patented two-cross-wire tying solution, the clamp allows the wires to be calendered around the bars/stirrups to be tied, cut and stapled, achieving fastenings with extremely high levels of strength.

• Innovative solutions for the precast industry: high-tech machines for the automatic production of just-in-time reinforcement for the precast industry and special plants for the production of tunnel reinforcement.

• Machines for Concrewall construction elements: designed for the production of sandwich panels (one polystyrene sheet and two electrowelded mesh), Schnell Home plants are particularly suitable for the construction of villas, multi-story buildings, public and industrial buildings and social housing.
