Schnell's new automatic straightening machine on the Interwire stage
Schnell, a leading company in the field of automatic machines for reinforcing iron processing and electro-welded mesh, has announced its participation in the Interwire exhibition, to be held in Atlanta May 9-11.
The Italy-based company will take this valuable opportunity in the U.S. to present the RI 8 automatic rotor-type wire straightening machine, specifically designed for processing a wide range of smooth cold drawn industrial wires, with diameters between 3 and 8 mm.
The machine is equipped with an automatic length changeover, which allows the operator to PC-set different lengths to be cut in succession without ever stopping the machine, ensuring highly accurate control and length tolerances of ± 0.1 mm.
In addition, the straightener features a vibration sensor located on the rotor that can measure the machine’s vibration to ensure excellent long-term reliability. Two servo motors are also part of the straightener's equipment, along with other features that increase its power and enable a higher quality of the finished product.
"To see the new automatic straightener live, we are waiting for you at Booth No. 1151 in Atlanta: our Staff will be available to answer all your questions."
