The main reason of the participation in wire Southeast Asia is the promotion of this new product range, which includes modern straightening machines, mesh welding machines and cold rolling lines.

Schnell straightening machines are able to meet the different needs of customers, with a range of work from Ø 2 to Ø 20mm, and fall into two categories. The “rotor” straightening machines allow the production of straight bars from Ø2 to Ø12 mm and are equipped with a cutting unit with high-speed brushless motors; the automatic “roller” straightening machines, on the other hand, allow the production of straight bars from Ø 5 to Ø 20mm and are equipped with straightening units fully electronically controlled.

Among the mesh welding machines, Smart Mesh Bar-Bar has been the most sold: it is a plant for the production of both reinforcing meshes and mesh fences working with pre-cut wires, ideal for small mesh producers or as an ancillary machine for big mesh producers.

The cold rolling line “Coldrive MV”, latest result of Schnell technology, is a plant for the production of smooth and ribbed wires from Ø4 to Ø12 mm, driven by digital electric servomotors.
