TNL
TNL is a ladder mesh welding machine for the production of curved or straight electro-welded ladders from coil, mainly used in precast tunnel segments reinforcing.
Its advanced technology guarantees perfect straight and curved ladders for precast with the lowest tolerances.
The machine comes with a shear movable on 3-axes and a programmed feeding system, which allows to have different cross wire pitches within a single electro-welded element.
In combination with the mesh welding machine, TNL is the right solution for manufacturing tunnel segments.
PREFLEX T
Semi-automatic plant for the production of engineered mesh, flat mesh or curved mesh for tunnel reinforcement.
The curved engineered mesh produced can be used as inner or outer reinforcement layers in tunnel cages.
Starting from wire pre-cut bars, electro-welded mesh is manufactured with programmable pitches according to the design specifications, avoiding any scrap.
Mesh are processed fully automatically: welded, curved to the defined radius, handled and stacked.
