Schnell has a wide range of job site machines for the construction industry: rebar cutting machines for bars cutting, rebar bending machines for the production of stirrups and shaped wires, ring bending machines for the production of circles, spirals and radius bars.
COMPASS 40
Automatic radius bending machine for the production of calendered bars from Ø 12mm to Ø 40mm.
The bars are automatically selected, positioned, transferred to the calendering machine, calendered and then unloaded without the need for operator intervention.
CER 40
Automatic steel ring bending machine for the production of circles, spirals and radius bars for diameters from Ø 6 mm to Ø 40 mm.
The machine uses a system of 4 rollers, one of which is specifically to ensure the stability and consistency of the radius of the curve.
The rebar combined machine CER40 can be programmed to produce automatically up to 5 different radius curves on the same bar thanks to the measuring system.
P 45 EVO
Dual-direction bar bending machine with three-speeds self-braking motor driven by inverter.
The machine doesn't pull the bars during bending operations.
The equipment is driven by a self-braking motor.
