The "ultimat" range of wire forming machines in Düsseldorf

Ultimation, leaders in the field of wire forming and welding machines, are pleased to return again to the wire fair in Düsseldorf from the 16th to the 20th of April 2018.

The company will be showing some of their latest version of the ultimat range of wire forming machines.

A UMW-65 model suitable for a wire range of 2.00 – 6.50mm specifically designed for manufacturers of point of purchase displays, supermarket shelving and many other applications etc.

A larger UMW-100 model suitable for a wire range of 3.00 – 10.00mm used extensively by manufacturers of supermarket products, oven and refrigerator shelving.

Plus some new models for 2018.

The ultimat range of 2-axis, PC-controlled wire forming machines feature a “closed die” forming & cutting system, giving a high quality square, burr free cut and butt weld.

Options available include Secondary Bend Heads for intricate forms. Tilting table models larger components or for forming spiral forms used in fan guards. Press, Drilling, Threading and Chamfering Stations and Automatic Part Unloading Systems.

Six standard models cover a wire range from 2.00 mm to 16.00 mm with a maximum frame sizes 60" x 60". The versatile ultimat design negates the need for special tooling to produce high-quality parts and components. Special ultimat versions can be supplied for use with flat strip or profiled wire.

Ultimation’s product line is not limited to standard wire forming machines, as they also design and manufacture special purpose models to suit customer requirements.
