URW and UTW series, the automatic ring forming & welding machines by Ultimat

The ultimat URW and UTW series, automatic ring forming & welding machines, was developed for those customers who require high quality formed and welded rings.

Provided with a high quality low burr welds, achieved by pulse welding, the URW and UTW series substantially reduce the need for secondary operations.

The models available, which upon request can be equipped with MF (Medium Frequency) welding controls, process a wire range from 2.00mm to 10.00mm.

Designed and manufactured in the U.K these machines come with a 2 year parts limited warranty.
