Orbital CNC wire bending machines

Wire Trading Srl supplies Wafios wire bending machines of the BM series, able to produce parts in a range of diameters ranging from 1.5mm to 16mm.

The entire series is equipped with a sophisticated 4-axis CNC bending heads that allows the creation of radii even on multiple levels simultaneously, with a perfect repeatability degree.

The translation of the "wire feed - wire straightening - wire cutting" group allows to make extremely high precision products. It is also possible to make bends above 180° by passing above or below the axis of the wire.

Thanks to the optional chamfering unit, the machine can produce high quality bevels. By adjusting the rotation speed up to 5600 rpm, the perfect chamfering speed can be obtained for each type of material. Doing so reduces the wear on the tools, and loss of time due to replacement.
