A milestone to commemorate: EIB celebrates 50 years of activity

EIB Srl, the Italian company active in the electronics and electrical engineering field, celebrates its first 50 years of activity this year. For the occasion, EIB's long-standing customers and suppliers expressed all their affection and admiration for the company in a series of short video interviews.

"They have grown so much, and to be able to grow in this complex market you have to be a smart company, able to impose itself and make the right choices," declares Galli Ezio of the eponymous Galli Ezio spa, the company's historical supplier. Carlo Ponziani of E. Ponziani spa emphasizes two of EIB's key aspects, confirmed by every other customer and supplier: "The real strengths of this company are expertise and trustworthiness".

During the interviews, words were also spent on Mr. and Mrs. Galloni, founders of the company: "Franco was an immediate and open person. He always offered us a great service," reveals Alberto Visconti of MLF Group. The positive qualities of EIB's forefather are also found in his son, as confirmed by Nico Civardi of Farina Presse srl: "The ideal partner must be competent, ready to make extraordinary interventions, reliable and serious. All qualities that Fabrizio has and that he has definitely transferred to his company".

After half a century in business, EIB shows the importance of relying on staff members who can relate constructively with people to find the most effective solutions: "In EIB I found technical competence and human quality. Empathy is essential," explained Bruno Maggi of MFL Group. Sandro Conti of Sacchi Elettroforniture added: "There are always the same people in the workforce, which means that at EIB the staff feels satisfied. Organized structure with 50 employees, perfect."
