For over 20 years, Agibi Progetti has been developing and manufacturing industrial furnaces and plants for the heat treatment of metals. Among its extensive production range, the company offers general equipment for the heat treatment of springs and small metal parts, such as the compact container changing machine.

ROTO-MINI is an innovative machine designed for the automatic in-line change of collection containers for springs or small metal parts. It is designed to optimize production processes, enabling the automatic formation of homogeneous production batches.

ROTO-MINI represents a compact and efficient solution to improve productivity and ensure uniform quality of production batches.

Main features:

• compatible with various types of containers, including cardboard, plastic, or metal boxes;
• container change can be programmed according to different modes: by time, by number of pieces, or via external command;
• equipped with a loading hopper with a pneumatic closure system for efficient material handling.

Agibi Progetti has enriched ROTO-MINI with new additional kits designed to further improve its flexibility and operational capacity:

• a rotary table with a diameter of 1300 mm, allowing increased load capacity;
• rotary table with maximum capacity of 120 kg, for handling heavier components;
• cams for 4-5 loading positions, ideal for low-volume production;
• cams for 7-8 loading positions, to ensure higher productivity for large volumes;
• 17-liter wedge steel boxes for a table with a 1000 mm diameter, particularly suitable for small components;
• 30-liter wedge steel boxes for a table with a 1300 mm diameter, perfect for larger components.

Each kit enhances the ROTO-MINI, offering versatile and high-performance solutions for diverse production needs.
