ATE’s induction heating systems at Interwire Atlanta 2023
The technology in the field of induction heating applications has been taking huge leaps forward in recent years.
To that end, ATE - Applicazioni Termo Elettriche will present their latest innovations at Interwire 2023, where the company will have a stand as part of the ITA (Italian Trade Agency) and ACIMAF (Italian Wire Machinery Manufacturers Association) collective of companies.
The jewel in the crown is going to be the newly-developed IMW (Independent Multi-wires) and CMW (Common Multi-wires) systems, whose main perks are a considerable increase in production capacity, higher efficiency, a lower ecological impact, and a smaller size to boot.
To delve deeper into the specifications of IMW and CMW, such systems allow for a much faster heating rate, with a consequent increase in production and a lower risk of misshaping; electromagnetic induction, unburdened by cumbersome heating structures, can immediately transfer heat to the core of the component; a high efficiency, typical of induction heating, allows for a sensible cut in energy costs. Last but not least, all these features guarantee a high level of reliability and thus product quality.
ATE can also design and manufacture systems specific for wire patenting according to customer's specifications; if you wish to learn more, you can visit the company at ITA's stand no. 1131 from May 9 to 11, 2023 at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta.
Make sure you reserve an appointment in advance by getting in touch with the company team through the contacts on the side.
